Betty Crocker is giving away free $4 coupons for their Gluten Free Dessert Mix. Here's what you need to do to get one:

1. Call 1-800-446-1898 (the General Mills consumer services number) and select option "4" at the main menu.

2. Tell the customer service representative that answers that you are interested in the free gluten-free baking coupons.

3. You'll then need to answer several questions regarding your household's gluten usage and give your mailing address so that they can mail you the coupon.

This sounds like an excellent opportunity for those of you that have gluten free diets!
