Tasty Tuesday: Jimmy Carter Cake


Looking for a dessert to make your Valentine? This is a rich and delicious dessert that looks like you've spent hours making it when in reality you spent maybe 20 minutes- and it's sure to be a hit!

Jimmy Carter Cake

Crumble Together & press in bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.:
1 cup flour
1 stick butter (softened)
2/3 cup crushed peanuts

Cream Together:
1/2 cup peanut butter
8 oz. confectioners sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. milk

Fold in:
1 cup Cool Whip (use 8 oz. container- will use remainder below)

Spread over cooled crust. Then mix:
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk

Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. May sprinkle with crushed peanuts or chocolate shavings.
Chill and serve!
