Tasty Tuesday: Peanut Butter Frosting

If you love peanut butter, you'll adore this creamy frosting recipe. This is one of our favorite frostings and is especially delicious on chocolate cake. Because it is made with butter and not shortening it doesn't have that greasy texture many homemade frostings have.

Never made your own frosting? Let me tell you, Betty Crocker and Pillsbury know nothing about good frostings! I'm pretty sure if you try making your own, you'll be slow to ever open a container of bought frosting again. Try it and let me know what you think!

Peanut Butter Frosting
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 cups powdered sugar
4 tbsp. milk

Cream peanut butter, butter, vanilla and salt. Add sugar alternately with milk. Beat until light and fluffy.
