Weekly Spending Summary

I felt like I did a bunch of shopping this week, especially compared to the last couple of weeks. But I still didn't spend that much thanks to gift cards and the like.

Total Spent: $31.37
Total Saved with Coupons: $53.02
Total Saved with Sales: $23.90
Total Saved: $76.92

Rite Aid:
$14.12
Saved with Coupons: $34.02
Saved with Sales: $18.74

I had FREE product coupons for the Poligrip.

Giant: $0
Saved with Coupons: $11.50
Saved with Sales: $5.16

I had FREE product coupons for the Johnsonville sausage.

BJ'S:
$5.47

I used a $20 gift card that I earned by redeeming Pampers Gifts to Grow points to pay for this purchase. I decided to get dairy products since they were what we needed right now and since they are also harder to find good deals on regularly.

Walmart: $0 (gift card)

I used a gift card that we got through a credit card points program to pay for this purchase. Otherwise my out of pocket would have been $10.12.

We were celebrating Vince's birthday this week and I needed ice cream. I was excited to see that the Walmart brand is all-natural now. Grabbed some other stuff while I was there...although, as is typical for our Walmart, the item that I actually went there for they were out of stock on. Grr!

Forry's Country Store: $0
Saved with Coupons: $7.50

I purchased a $15 gift certificate for only $7.50 from a local daily deal site for Forry's. I had fun using it and actually spent $3 for the above purchase- I used cash from my grocery money that I have for market.

Kaufman's Fruit Farm:
$5.78
This was for some pectin to make strawberry jelly.

Misc.: $6.00
For fresh ground whole wheat flour from my mother-in-law.

  2. Kathy, I actually got those through a blogger program called SheSpeaks. I linked to the FREE product coupon post because I wanted people to know that there are ways to get FREE product coupons with only a little effort. You probably could email Johnsonville and ask if they would be able to send any coupons. They may not send FREE ones but you'd probably still get some.
