Deal Oz: Online Price Compare "Tool"

Do you ever order items online and wonder if you are getting the best price available? Maybe you just always go to ebay.com or Amazon.com and never think twice about it.

Well, I have a great little "tool" that will help you save money when you are buying items online- it's called Deal Oz. Deal Oz is a website that allows you to enter an item, such as a book title, and then see all the online retailers that sell that particular item and what price they charge for it. This obviously allows you to compare prices to ultimately get the most bang for your buck. In fact, if there is an online coupon available to help bring down your cost, Deal Oz will show that as well. And to help you out even more, you can enter your address so that shipping is calculated into the final cost of your item.

I've been using Deal Oz since I was in college 6 years ago and ordering text books. It helped save me lots of money and I became a loyal user. Until recently, Deal Oz was called Campus-i and could only be used to compare book prices (at least if my memory is correct). I was excited to learn recently that you can compare prices on almost anything now!

Perhaps you are still feeling skeptical that they will really find you the absolute lowest price on an item. Just for the record, I have at different times been curious and played Sherlock Holmes to see if Deal Oz was indeed giving me the absolute lowest price around. And I was very happy to find that they really were, every time!

Go here to print a coupon for $0.75 of one package of No Yolk pasta. If your store doubles coupons, you should be able to get a pretty good deal using this coupon.

Tasty Tuesday: Crustless Bacon and Egg Quiche

I've been making this fast, simple dish since soon after we were married three years ago. When I'm in the mood for a quiche, I rarely use any other recipe. One thing that I really like about it is the fact that you don't need to make a crust, but by using the Bisquick, you automatically "get" a crust. This is a dish that we love for brunch or even an occasional dinner.

Crustless Bacon and Egg Quiche

1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
dash pepper
1 c. shredded cheese
cooked bacon, crumbled (about 5 - 6 slices)

In a blender, combine milk, Bisquick, eggs, butter and pepper. Blend for 15 seconds. Pour into a greased 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle cheese and desired amount of bacon on top. Gently press below surface with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

** I've made this with sausage before too, and it was just as tasty!

(Limit of 1 per customer) Now here is the kicker. If you go here, you can print a coupon for $2 any Nivea women's body wash, which would mean you actually make $1 when you buy this!

The reason I am telling you about this now is because Coupons.com only allows so many prints per coupon and it is very likely that the Nivea coupon won't even be available next week. So if you want it, print it now!

By the way, I got a bottle of this body wash free recently, and I LOVE it. It doesn't take much and it smells great.

Call 1-800-693-2479 and request a free 2010 Turkey Hill calendar which includes coupons for many different Turkey Hill products.

I got this calendar last year and loved it. It had lots of coupons for $1 off icecream which got me some great deals! When I called this year, the customer service rep informed me that if I need more coupons any time throughout the year to simply call them. Wow! I will definitely remember that!
