Tasty Tuesday: Strawberry Jam Spread

This is an amazingly delicious spread that we love in place of jelly or just for something different on bagels. If you are concerned about sugar content, you could very easily use sugar free jam.

Strawberry Jam Spread
Cream together:
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese

Add:
1 c. powdered sugar

Beat above mixture, then add:
1 c. strawberry jam

Mix together. Spread on bread, bagels, French toast etc.

  2. Hi Jodi! Good question. I'm not exactly sure but I know it is quite a long time. Cream cheese and butter by themselves keep quite a while and I don't know about you, but I don't have trouble with jam getting moldy or "bad" very quickly either. So I'm quite certain it should stay good for around a month...unless you are using older products.

    Hope you enjoy it!
