McDonald's: 5 Big Macs and 5 Fries for $13

Living Social is offering a deal today only for McDonalds where you get 5 Big Macs and 5 Large Fries for only $13. This deal comes in the form of 10 different coupons that you can use at McDonald's locations all across the United States. It says nothing about the coupons expiring so I'm guessing there is none.

While I personally am not a big fan of McDonald's, these would be great for those desperate situations when you need to buy lunch NOW, for when you are traveling or for sharing with the homeless as Jen suggests.

Groupon: $6 for Two Reg. Quiznos Subs

I don't often post daily deals anymore, but this one is one that I thought many of you might be interested in. You can purchase a Groupon for $6 for two regular subs or two salads at Quiznos ($12.98 Average Value).

This Groupon can be used at most Quiznos locations, although there are a few that don't participate. To find locations that are Groupon participants just go here and enter your zip code.

I love purchasing deals like this to use when we are traveling or just for those times when we suddenly decide to eat out due to crazy schedules. It's one of the little ways that we can save.

Mamapedia: National Geographic Little Kids for $5/yr.

Mamapedia has a 1 year subscription to National Geographic Little Kids magazine for only $10 ($23.94 value). However, if you've never ordered through Mamapedia before you can get it for only $5! Here's how:

1. Create or sign into your Mamapedia account
2. Click "Buy Now"
3. On the Payment screen, click "I have a coupon code"
4. Enter coupon code FRIENDS5 to get $5 off your purchase (for 1st time Mamapedia purchases only) or coupon code EASTER10 to get 10% ($1) off your order (for everyone else)
5. This will take your total to $5 (1st time purchases) or $9 (everyone else)

I think these would make excellent gifts for kids...or would be fun to get just for the anyhow. They are recommended especially for kids 3-6 yrs. I'm trying to decide if Logan would enjoy them. I'm guessing he would because he already loves a lot of books that are above his age level.
