At ...I really doubt you'll notice a difference! At least I don't. I switched to unbleached a few years ago just to avoid extra chemicals. I've never noticed a difference. I didn't even think it looked that much less "white" then bleached. Since I'm on a bread baking binge this winter, I've been interested to read several bread baking "experts" recommend unbleached flour for better results.
